Public website and discovery materials
Full notice
The public Ghost website, manifests, and discovery assets are published for informational and integration-discovery purposes only unless a separate written agreement grants broader rights.
Public license notice for the Ghost website, discovery assets, public APIs, and constitutional operating framework — proprietary runtime and institutional stack require separate agreement.
License
Discovery — not blanket redistribution.
Ghost exposes public discovery surfaces and public API contracts, but the constitutional operating system, sovereign programs, and institutional deployment framework remain proprietary unless otherwise agreed in writing.
The public Ghost website, manifests, and discovery assets are published for informational and integration-discovery purposes only unless a separate written agreement grants broader rights.
The Ghost runtime, constitutional operating model, policy systems, simulation, trust economy, and related deployment materials are proprietary and licensed per institutional agreement.
Protocol endpoints, public manifests, and public APIs may be consumed according to their published contracts, but using them does not transfer ownership or grant rights beyond those explicitly documented or contracted.
Institutions retain rights over their own evidence, exports, and proof bundles subject to the deployment agreement. Ghost retains rights over the software, models, documentation, and operating framework that make those exports possible.
Need formal terms?
Institutional deployments, protocol partnerships, and sovereign operating engagements are licensed through direct agreement rather than a generic open redistribution model.
Enterprise terms ship with the engagement — not a generic OSS license.
